SAFECROWDS, the integrated security and counter terrorism specialist, is returning to the International Security Expo (24 & 25 September) at Olympia as the event’s hostile vehicle mitigation (HVM) sponsor once again, with an innovative sustainable stand – D90 – in the hall, and an HVM installation at the entrance to the venue.

As a company, we’re expecting ISE24 to be bigger and better than ever as we unveil additions to services and our team since last year’s show. Head of Risk & Counter Terrorism, Jonathan Neal, and our recently appointed Head of K9 Training & Operations, Wayne Gell, will join our CEO Rory McGoldrick, COO Steve Faye and Operations Director, Vicki Hearn, on the stand.

And alongside the human team, K9 detection dogs Woody and friends will be making a guest appearance, with live search demos taking place on both days of the show.

Our detection dogs and human colleagues will also be taking part in the Immersive Theatre at ISE24, bringing our integrated approach to counter terrorism and security to life as part of a dramatised scenario that articulates what we do and how our services could support delegates.

ISE is the UK’s premier event for the security and counterterrorism sector, attracting visitors from around the world. With decades of experience in a wide variety of security and counter terrorism disciplines, SAFECROWDS’s track record spans environments as diverse as events, stadiums, festivals, retail, hospitality, night-time economy, offices and construction. The SAFECROWDS team will be promoting our varied capabilities at the expo, including security consultancy and planning, security and safeguarding personnel, Threat Vulnerability & Risk Assessment (TVRA), Vehicle Dynamics Assessment (VDA), HVM specification, supply and installation, K9 detection and security, and training.

We’ve invested in a new, environmentally responsible stand for the 2024 event. A modular design, assembled using magnetic fixings, the stand can be completely re-used after the event, providing a zero-waste approach to attending. The stand includes a private meeting room so that delegates can meet our team and discuss their security and counter terrorism concerns in confidence, as well as exploring the company’s range of services.

Rory McGoldrick, CEO of SAFECROWDS comments: “International Security Expo was a busy and useful show for us last year, enabling us to meet with delegates from around the world and explain the benefits of our integrated and professional approach.

“Our business has grown since then, and the addition of talented, experienced experts including Jonathan and Wayne, in addition to the new HVM systems and in-house K9 detection and security services we’ve developed, mean that we’re returning bigger, better and more focused than ever on keeping people, places and property safer.”
