How Guardhouse works

Our teams are equipped with iPads, and log into your unique account when they arrive on site.

The system remains secure throughout their shift, automatically logging them out if they are inactive for more than 30 seconds.

Only members of our team with a unique PIN specific to your business can access the account for your venue, and you will also have your own unique client log in to enable you to access management information securely in real time from anywhere too.

Our digital Guardhouse logs are updated in real time, just like a conventional paper logbook, and geofencing ensures you can authenticate the time and location for every entry, which is vital for any potential court or licensing proceedings.
