Installation

The highly versatile Truckstopper 7-40 can be fitted as a standalone HVM solution in a range of environments, including locations with complex ground contours and inclines.

The Truckstopper HVM system has been impact tested as a single unit, so it can be installed as a standalone HVM bollard solution, as well as in an array. Its shallow foundations makes this HVM system faster and simpler to install, delivering a cost-effective solution and minimal disruption while offering reliable HVM protection.

Performance

The Truckstopper 7-40 has been crash-tested with a 7.5 tonne truck at 40mph at both 90 and 45 degrees, and is suitable as a either a permanent or semi-permanent removable HVM bollard unit.

Designed to blend seamlessly into the public realm, the Truckstopper 7-40 is available in a variety of round, oval, or rectangular shrouds and a choice of colours, complementing virtually any surroundings. The oval 316 stainless steel mitred top cover incorporates two hi-vis bands as standard, with alternative options also available.
