Our TiSO Road Blocker surface-mounted temporary HVM system is an ideal hostile vehicle mitigation solution for environments where maintaining crowd flows is important, such as ingress and egress points at large events and festivals.

The innovative Road Blocker HVM system design incorporates blocking sections, while providing pedestrian permeability and ease of access for wheelchair users, cyclists, and pushchairs. The blocking sections can be raised to provide effective HVM protection against vehicle attacks or unauthorised vehicle access, or lowered to enable emergency or authorised vehicles to drive over the installation unhindered.

With the blocking sections lowered, the Road Blocker temporary HVM system acts as an effective traffic calming measure.

The robust steel Road Blocker structure features bold yellow paint on the blocking sections, which are a clear visual deterrent to would be attackers, while alerting all drivers to the need to slow or stop, depending on the raised or lowered configuration of the HVM system at any given time.
