SIA Licensed Events Coordinator – London Stadiums & National Events
SALARY
From £15 per hour, actual salary is dependent on experience
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Act as a point of contact for both our team and clients; addressing their concerns, assisting with queries, and providing feedback on each event.
- Represent the company at events across London and surrounding areas, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, and overseeing team performance.
- Support with team schedules and events logistics to ensure that we are set for success.
- Supervise security and stewarding teams; this will involve conducting regular team observations and provide constructive feedback to both the team and the Head of Operations.
- Complete and submit shift reports at the end of each event; this will be presented back to the Operations team.
- Manage the checking in and checking out of all SAFECROWDS staff; registering attendance on the schedule, accurately reporting numbers to the event organiser, issuing all event information to the team.
- Ensure operational excellence through preparing our team for a successful shift; ensuring unform standards are adhered to, checking licenses and badges, giving out handbooks and report pads as required.
- Collaborate with event supervisors and staff to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Resolve any staff queries before and during the event.
- Ensure that your team conduct their all of their duties diligently and in accordance with relevant guidelines.

- You have some leadership experience; this may be in a supervisory or management role.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and integrity, and you conduct yourself professionally at all times.
- You have the ability to think on your feet and react to situations before they escalate.
REQUIREMENTS
- Frontline SIA license.
- Basic DBS check.
- Full UK Driving license (own vehicle preferred, but not essential).
- Proficient IT skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint – full training will be given on company-specific apps.
- Experience working within stadiums and events is advantageous but not essential; full training will be given to the successful candidate.
