POSITION

Deputy Head Door Supervisor

SALARY

£14.00 – £17.00 per hour, inclusive of holiday

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Help to manage a team of experienced door staff and ensure that they consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
  • Support effective communication between the company, the client and the team to ensure all information is cascaded effectively
  • Collaborate with your team and the client to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venue-specific policies.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
  • Ensure that your team conduct all of their duties diligently and in accordance with relevant SIA regulations.
  • Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Prevent and manage conflicts or disturbances effectively, ensuring a calm and safe atmosphere.
  • Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required.
  • Support with any conduct issues that arise within the team during the shift in a direct and fair way.
  • Developing your team through open, honest conversations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid SIA Door Supervisor License
